I am not familiar with blogs but I am trying to comment on the article "Five Calorie Free Foods". I can't believe this site is recommending Splenda, Jello, fat free whipped topping and other artificial "foods". Splenda is NOT calorie free nor is it safe. As a diebetic, I have researched it and stevia is the only safe, calorie free sweetener I know of.
