Baked Tortilla Chips with Cheese and Olives

* 3/4 oz. low sodium, baked tortilla chips
* 2 oz. low fat, low sodium shredded cheddar cheese
* 5 olives

Directions:

Chop olives and mix with shredded cheese. Serve with tortilla chips. Shown with optional jalapenos.

You can do the same thing for healthy tostadas. I bake corn tortillas for about 15 min. each side at 350, and literally place a salad on top: mashed avacado in place of beans, then lettuce, cheese, olives, onions & salsa, Just great! No guilt.
