Broccoli-Tomato Salad

* 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli
* 6 cherry tomatoes
* 2/3 tbsp. olive oil
* 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions:

Rinse and chop broccoli into bite sized pieces; steam or microwave for about 5-6 minutes until crisp tender; let cool. Rinse and cut tomatoes in half. Combine broccoli and tomatoes in a bowl and toss with olive oil and lemon juice. Serve.

Sounds yummy:) I eat a salad almost everyday and I've been getting teird of the same type,thanks for the great idea!
