Turkey Cranberry Salad

* 3 cups lettuce, romaine or lettuce of choice
* 8 cherry tomatoes
* 4 oz. low sodium, cooked & sliced turkey breast
* 3 tbsp. dried cranberries
* 1 oz. low fat, low sodium shredded cheddar cheese
* 3/4 cup of croutons
* 3 tbsp. chopped walnuts
* 3 tbsp. olive oil and vinegar dressing (light)

Directions:

Rinse, dry and chop lettuce. Rinse and cut tomatoes in half. Cut turkey slices into strips. Place lettuce, tomatoes and turkey in a salad bowl and top with cranberries, shredded cheese, croutons and walnuts. Toss with dressing and serve.
