Dream Pie Recipe

1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
1 3.5-ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 12-ounce container fat-free frozen whipped topping

Directions

In a large bowl combine pineapple with juice and pudding mix. Whisk together until well blended.

Fold whipped topping into pineapple and spoon mixture into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Makes 8 servings.

Nutrition Info Per Serving: Calories - 279; Protein - 1.4g; Total Fat - 7.5g; Sodium - 371mg; Cholesterol - 0mg; Carbohydrates - 49.3g; Fiber - 0.7g.

This is a delicious pie, that is so easy to make and it's very refreshing for summer! Pineapple can be replaced with mandarin oranges.

sounds very delicious but why is it on e-diets...suggestion if you use skim milk and fat free pudding/drain the pineapples.. would cut on calories and carbs
