Spicy Turkey Chili with Avocado-Tomato Salad and GrapesIngredients
1/3 cup canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
2/3 cup canned, diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Also Include:
1/2 cup avocado, chopped
4 tomato slices
1 1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
2/3 cup red or green grapes
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble and sauté ground turkey with chopped onion and peppers until turkey is cooked. Add tomatoes, kidney beans and spices. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook 8-10 minutes. Serve.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to clarify a little... The extra ingredients you see are suggested side items to eat with your main course, to make your meal more nutritionally balanced. You'll see we've worked them into the calorie totals, etc. at the bottom.
