This tasty after-dinner treat can be enjoyed almost anytime because it's packed with healthy fruit and yogurt. Dessert for breakfast? We won't tell.
Ingredients
1 small whole apple
2 tsp raisins
1 tsp cranberries
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp of plain, non-fat yogurt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Scoop out stem, core and seeds of apple (melon scoop can do the trick), leaving bottom intact. In a small bowl, mix sugar, raisins and cranberries together and spoon into the apple. Place apple on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Top with a dollop of low fat yogurt and enjoy!
