Ginger Honey Salmon with Potato Wedges

Ginger Honey Salmon:

Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Sake Japanese wine
1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh ginger
1 Tbsp. honey
3 1/2 oz. salmon fillet

Instructions
Preheat broiler to 350F. Mix together sake, soy sauce, finely chopped ginger and pour into a shallow pan. Pierce salmon with a fork and place in pan; baste salmon with marinade and drizzle with honey. Using the top rack of the oven, broil approximately for 3-4 minutes on each side until flaky.

Potato Wedges:

Ingredients
1 medium size potato
1 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dry thyme leaves

Instructions
Pre heat broiler to 350F. To prepare potato, cut potato lengthwise into six wedges. Brush olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and thyme. Place the wedges on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
