Cinnamon-Apple Waffle Sandwich

This open-faced breakfast sandwich is a healthy, delicious way to start your day.

Ingredients:
1 frozen apple cinnamon waffle
2 tablespoons fat free cream cheese
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup fresh apple slices
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
8 ounces 1 percent milk

Instructions:
Toast waffle according to package instructions. In a small bowl mix together the cream cheese and cinnamon and spread unto waffle. Top with apple slices and almonds. Serve with glass of milk.

This sounds great! Too bad the picture does not really represent the portion you are allowed - let alone the whipped cream included!!!

frozen apple coinnamon waffle? can you elaborate? brand? does it come heart shaped, because those are cooked like that and not cut from a round one.
