This delicious chicken pita is perfect for lunch or dinner.

Chicken Salad Pita Sandwich

Ingredients:
1/4 large celery stalk
1/2 cup red or green grapes
2 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise, egg-free, low fat
5 oz. grilled, boneless chicken breast
1 tbsp. sliced almonds
1/2 whole-wheat, approximately 6 inches (2 oz) pita bread

Directions:
Rinse celery and grapes. Dice celery and cut grapes in half. Chop chicken and mix with mayonnaise, celery and grapes until thoroughly combined. Stir in almonds and place chicken mixture into pita pocket. Serve.

Also Include: 1 cup cooked asparagus, 1 tbsp. salad dressing, low fat or nonfat; low sodium
