Tired of boring chicken recipes? Try this delicious curry recipe to spice up dinner.

Curried Chicken and Grape Salad
Ingredients:

4 oz. boneless chicken breast
1/4 cup low fat, plain or sugar-free yogurt
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 cup red or green grapes

Directions:
Rinse and cut chicken into bite sized cubes. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium heat; cook chicken 3-4 to minutes, until thorougly cooked. Remove from skillet and let cool. Mix yogurt with curry powder. Cut grapes in half. Mix chicken and grapes with seasoned yogurt. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to blend. Serve.

Also Include: 1 whole-wheat, approximately 6 inches (2 oz) pita bread, 1 cup honeydew melon, 1 tbsp. chopped walnuts
