12 tea bags
6 cups water, boiling
1 cup + 2 tbsp. sugar
½ cup water
6 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Lemon slices, optional
Mint sprigs, optional

How can this have 29 grams of protein?

How much is one serving? You can't mean that the whole recipe is one serving. And I agree with Anonymous on the protein. There is nothing in this recipe that would provide protein. One other thing, can it be made with Splenda?

Make me #3. Protein? And where's the sugar content? A cup and a half of sugar doesn't end up disappearing. I think they meant sugars 29 grams.
