Watermelon Chiller

This sweet treat is perfect to cool off on hot summer days!

Ingredients:
5 c fresh diced watermelon
4 tsp white granulated sugar
4 tsp fresh lime juice

Instructions:
Cut pieces of watermelon into 1 in. squares. Pour 5 cups of watermelon into a blender and puree until watermelon is a smooth liquid. Then transfer watermelon into a mixing bowl and add sugar and lime juice. Stir with wooden spoon until sugar is dissolved, about 2-3 minutes. Move mixing bowl to the freezer for 30 minutes. Take out of freezer, scrape off and mix back in any crystals that may be sticking to outer rim of bowl. Stick back into freezer for another 3 hours or until the consistency is "fluffy" when scraped with a spoon/fork. Enjoy your delicious summer treat!
