Watermelon Pie a La Mode

Try this perfect summertime treat that is super simple to make and will have your family smiling in no time!

Ingredients:
6 (1/2-inch thick) pie wedge-shaped slices of pound cake
6 (3-inch) wedges of seedless watermelon the same size of the cake slices, drained to removed excess moisture
6 ¼ cup low fat frozen yogurt
½ cup strawberry syrup

Instructions:
Place the cake slices on 6 dessert plates. Top each cake slice with a watermelon slice. Place a scoop of the frozen yogurt on top of each "pie" slice and drizzle each piece with 1-1/3 Tbsp. strawberry syrup.
