Ingredients:
1/3 cup raspberries, fresh
¾ cup plain yogurt, low fat
½ cup 1% milk (or soy milk)
½ cup orange juice
½ scoop, soy protein powder
2 tsp. honey
½ tsp. vanilla extract
Also Include:
½ oz walnuts
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with walnuts.
