Peanut Butter, Banana and Honey Treats

Try this simple treat that will soothe your sweet tooth without unwanted fat and calories.

Ingredients:
2 graham crackers, broken in half (4 squares)
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 small banana or ½ medium banana, sliced
1 tsp. honey

Instructions:
Spread graham squares with peanut butter. Top each with banana slices and drizzle with honey. Enjoy!

How are these nutritionals calculated? If the recipe serves one, and the ingredients call for 2 Tbsps. peanut butter, you've already reached almost 200 calories. I think the values or the ingredient amounts need to be changed.
