Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

Here's a nutritious, delicious way to start your day that's packed with protein and flavor!


Ingredients:
½ c raspberries, frozen
1-¼ c plain yogurt, nonfat
¼ scoop soy protein powder
1 tsp. honey
2-4 ice cubes
2 whole wheat crackers
4 tsp. peanut butter

Instructions:
Place raspberries, yogurt, protein powder and honey and a few ice cubes in blender. Blend well (do not over blend, to keep consistency). Spread peanut butter over crackers and serve along with frozen yogurt.
