Black Cat Sandwiches

No more boring sandwiches! Try this tasty sandwich that will make the whole family happy.

Ingredients:
2 slices pumpernickel bread, thin slice
1-½ tsp. olive oil
6 slices chicken breast deli meat, oven roasted, fat free
1 slice tomato
1 tsp. mustard (optional)
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper, dried
½ tsp. pimiento, chopped

Also Include:
1 small apple, cut into wedges
7 whole almonds, dry roasted, unsalted

Instructions:
Drizzle olive oil over both slices bread. Build sandwich by placing chicken and tomato on slice of bread. Spread mustard over other slice, sprinkle cayenne pepper and top sandwich. Using cat shaped cookie cutter, cut bread. If prefer toasted, heat in oven for about 3-5 minutes at 300F. Arrange 2 pieces chopped pimiento on cat for eyes. Serve with side of apple wedges and almonds.
