Peanut Butter & Caramel Apples

It's no trick, this treat will soothe your sweet tooth without packing on those scary pounds.

Ingredients:
1 apple, cored and cut into 8 wedges
4 individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
1 tbsp. skim milk
1 tbsp. peanut butter, reduced sodium
1 tsp. chopped peanuts, dry roasted, unsalted

Instructions:
Combine caramels, milk and peanut butter in microwaveable bowl and microwave on high for about 1 minute, or until caramels are completely melted. Stir once during heating. Sprinkle sauce with peanuts and serve as a dip for apple slices.
