Baked Ham with Cranberry Sauce, Brown Rice and Asparagus Salad
Baked Ham with Cranberry Sauce
* 5 oz. lean ham steak
* 1/3 cup apple juice
* 3 tbsp. dried cranberries
* 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
Directions:
Bake ham per package directions. Mix together apple juice. cranberries and sugar in a small sauce pan and cook on medium heat until sugar dissolves. Pour sauce over ham in last 5 minutes of baking. Serve with brown rice.

1 cup cooked asparagus
1 tbsp. salad dressing, low fat or nonfat; low sodium
