Breakfast Parfait


Looking to replace your boring breakfast with something better? Try this delicious breakfast parfait for a sweet, healthy way to start your day!

Ingredients:
2-1/2 tsp low fat granola cereal
8 oz low fat plain yogurt
1 Tbsp slivered almonds
2 tsp dry roasted, unsalted peanuts
1.5 Tbsp fresh blueberries
½ small banana, sliced
1/3 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

Instructions:
Slice bananas and wash blueberries. Combine yogurt and whey protein in a bowl, until thoroughly mixed (about 1-2 minutes). Place half of yogurt in regular size bowl. Mix together granola cereal, slivered almonds and peanuts; sprinkle on top of yogurt. Then add the other half of yogurt on top of granola mixture. To top it all off, add the bananas and blueberries and your parfait is complete!
