* 1 medium sweet potato (5-inch long)
* 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degree F. Scrub potato and place in oven for about 30 to 40 minutes until tender. Remove potato from oven and let rest for a few minutes. Slit top open or slice and sprinkle with cinnamon. Fluff with fork and serve.
