Ingredients
16 oz. jellied cranberry sauce, chilled
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tbsp. mayonnaise, light
8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
1 packet Splenda
Instructions
Mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until creamy. Add pecans and Splenda; mix well.
Next, slice cranberry sauce in 1/4-inch rounds (makes about 10). Spread cream cheese mixture on one round and place on a plate (like frosting a cupcake). Continue “frosting” remaining cranberry slices.
Put in fridge until you are ready to serve. Total time: 10 minutes
