Crunchy Chicken Wrap
Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz. grilled, boneless chicken breast
1 green onion
1 1/2 tbsp. ranch low fat dressing
1 whole wheat (approximately 6 inch diameter) tortilla
3 tomato slices
1/2 cup shredded green cabbage
Directions:
Sliced grilled chicken; rinse and finely chop green onion. Mix ranch dressing with chopped green onion. Warm tortilla per package directions. Spread ranch dressing mixture to within one inch of edge of tortilla. On center of tortilla layer chicken with tomato slices and top with shredded cabbage; roll up tightly and cut in half. Serve.
Seasoned Green Beans
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen green beans
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
Directions:
Cook green beans by microwaving or steaming for 3-4 minutes. Toss with seasonings, olive oil and vinegar. Serve.
