Crunchy Chicken Wrap with Seasoned Green Beans


Try this delicious chicken wrap for a crunchy lunch that won’t weigh you down the rest of the day.

Crunchy Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz. grilled, boneless chicken breast
1 green onion
1 1/2 tbsp. ranch low fat dressing
1 whole wheat (approximately 6 inch diameter) tortilla
3 tomato slices
1/2 cup shredded green cabbage

Directions:
Sliced grilled chicken; rinse and finely chop green onion. Mix ranch dressing with chopped green onion. Warm tortilla per package directions. Spread ranch dressing mixture to within one inch of edge of tortilla. On center of tortilla layer chicken with tomato slices and top with shredded cabbage; roll up tightly and cut in half. Serve.

Seasoned Green Beans

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen green beans
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. red wine vinegar

Directions:
Cook green beans by microwaving or steaming for 3-4 minutes. Toss with seasonings, olive oil and vinegar. Serve.

Also Include: 3/4 cup light or nonfat, fruit-flavored yogurt, 1 1/2 cups honeydew melon

    The nutritional facts seem totally out of whack! How could 2 1/2 oz of chicken breast and the rest of the ingredients amount to a serving of over 500 calories?

    I agree…I pay attention to protein content and am only allowed 5 oz protein per day…at 8grams per oz..the protein should only be 20 grams…..
