Try this delicious fish dish that is packed with nutrients and heart-healthy antioxidants.
Ingredients: 
½ tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
½ tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
½ tsp. dried basil
½ clove garlic, minced
½ tsp. black pepper
6 oz. tilapia fillet
¾ cup mango, diced
¾ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/3 medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 slice onion, minced
½ tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
½ jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Instructions:
Whisk together the olive oil, 1-1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice, parsley, garlic, basil and black pepper in a bowl. Pour marinade into a re-sealable plastic bag and add the tilapia fillet; seal. Rotate bag so marinade coats the tilapia, refrigerate for 1 hour.
Prepare the salsa by combining the mango, strawberries, peppers, onion and cilantro in a bowl. Add the lime juice and 1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice; toss well to combine. Season to taste with black pepper if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Lightly oil the grates on an outdoor grill and preheat on medium-high heat. Remove the tialapia from the marinade, shaking off excess. Discard the remaining marinade. Grill the fillet until the fish is no longer translucent in the center and flakes easily with a fork; about 3-4 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the fillet. Serve the tilapia topped with salsa.
