I dont see how each glass of tea can have 140 calories when only 1cup of juice is used to dilute 4cups of tea, as 1cup of pineapple juice probably has only 140 to 200 calories! In that dilution each cup should only have: 28-calories to 40-calories each !!!

Can someone check to see how many calories 1-cup of unsweetened pineapple juice has? Then divide that amount by the total cups in this recipe, which is 5-cups (4-cups water & 1-cup juice).
    THANKS, BARBIE

audubongirl54, the recipe says it's for 1 serving. So, yes…if you drink the 5 cups of liquid in this recipe it's 140 calories. If you share it with 4 friends and each drink 1 cup it will be 28 calories a cup. The only thing in here with calories is the pineapple juice at 140 cal/cup.
