    All of these recipes look good, but where is the nutritional values of most of them? Those of us really working on losing weight don’t want to destroy what we have already accomplished by overdoing it during the holidays. ahm

    I would recommend not showing a picture of a ham when advertising for healthy meals. not only is the fat content way above the healthy line, but processed meat, no matter what it is made out of is a definite no-no when speaking about healthy.

    Actually, ham is quite low in fat if you trim the rind off – and if you are generally healthy sodium won't kill you – you might bloat up a little for a day or two but think how satisfying it is when you pee all that excess water off two days later!

    Now, the nitrites could be an issue. But there are plenty of people walking around alive who grew up on this stuff.

    Omg, not all of us r on STRICT diets, I believe the 'everything in moderation' motto. I only eat ham once a year, it's an Easter tradition, so I don't mind seeing the recipes or pictures.
