Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich with Salad


If your chicken sandwich is getting boring, switch up your style by making this tasty honey mustard version of a healthy favorite.

Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients:
2 slices low sodium whole wheat bread
1 1/2 tsp. honey mustard
2/3 tbsp. mayonnaise, egg-free, low fat
3 oz. low sodium cooked and sliced chicken breast

Directions:
Lightly toast bread, if desired, and spread mustard and mayonnaise on both slices. Layer chicken slices to make sandwich and serve.

Also Include: 2 cups mixed salad greens, 6 cherry tomatoes, 2 tbsp. olive oil and vinegar dressing (light), 1 1/2 cups cantaloupe, 1/2 oz. shelled sunflower seeds

    This doesn’t look like a good diet choice–too much salt, carbs, etc. Plus the picture shows lettuce, tomato, and onion, but the recipe makes no mention. I would use the chicken in the salad instead.
