* 2 cups fresh broccoli
* 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
* 2/3 tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
Rinse and cut broccoli into bite sized pieces. Steam or microwave for about 5 minutes until crisp tender. Add lemon juice and olive oil and toss. Serve.
