Peaches and Cream


This simple treat is a sweet, healthy snack or the perfect complement to most any meal — enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 small peach
1 tsp. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. nonfat sour cream
½ tbsp. pecan halves

Instructions:
Peel, pit and slice the peach. Arrange in a small serving dish. Sprinkle peaches with brown sugar and top with sour cream. Finely chop pecans and sprinkle on top.
