Ingredients:
6 tbsp low fat cream cheese
2 tbsp horseradish
4 whole wheat (approximately 6-inch diameter) tortillas
8 lettuce leaves
12 oz. roast beef – deli, sliced (low sodium)
4 oz. low fat cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and horseradish until well blended. Spread evenly over each tortilla. Layer each tortilla with 2 lettuce leaves, 3 ounces of roast beef and 1 ounce of cheddar. Roll up and slice in half on the diagonal. Wrap each half in plastic wrap until ready to serve.
