Tuscan Tuna Salad with Wheat Roll and Grapes

Ingredients

5 cherry tomatoes
5 small olives
1/3 cup artichoke hearts
4 oz. tuna fish water-packed, low sodium
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried oregano

Also Include:
1 small whole wheat hoagie roll
1/2 cup red or green grapes

Directions:
Rinse tomatoes and cut into halves; chop olives. Drain water from tuna and flake into a salad bowl. Place all vegetables in bowl with tuna. Whisk oil, vinegar, lemon juice and oregano to make dressing; add to tuna and vegetables and toss to mix well. Serve.

    What is making these "healthy" recipes have so many calories and fat? On Weight Watchers these would carry 10-11 pts. each!
