Whole Wheat Pasta with Turkey Sauce Ingredients
3 oz. pasta, whole wheat
3 1/2 oz. ground skinless turkey breast
1 1/2 tsp. canola oil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
2/3 cup pasta sauce, low fat, low sodium

1/2 cup pineapple chunks
Instructions
Cook whole wheat spaghetti or linguini according to package directions while preparing sauce; drain and set aside. Heat oil to medium high in a deep, nonstick skillet or sauce pan; cook and crumble ground turkey for about 5-6 minutes until no longer pink. Add oregano and pasta sauce; bring to a boil; lower heat to a simmer. Cook sauce for about 8-10 minutes and serve over drained pasta.
Artichoke Hearts Salad Ingredients
3/4 cup artichoke hearts
1 oz. roasted red peppers, water packed
1 Tbsp. salad dressing, low fat or nonfat; low sodium
Instructions
Drain artichokes and red peppers. Dice red peppers and toss with artichokes and dressing. Serve.
