Just wanted to thank you very much for your "refresher course". I have fibromyalgia & arthritus soooo bad that I can barely walk & cant even do meanial daily chores w/out being in major pain. I'm on lots of meds. I try to do exercises that PT gave me, Yoga fr TV, go to the chiropractor, go for massage & aromatherapy, etc. But, your refresher videos are helping me get back to the basics. Again, thank you very much. Very grateful, Robyn
